Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

 

Ownership

The Site and Unbusy App are owned and operated by Unbusy Co Ltd All content, services, and intellectual property (including but not limited to courses, meditations, audio files, masterclasses, branding, and community content) remain the property of Unbusy Co Ltd and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any part of the Service without written permission, except where explicitly allowed by us.

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are unregistered trademarks of Unbusy Co Ltd. Nothing contained in this Agreement or the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademarks without the express written permission of Unbusy Co Ltd. You acknowledge and agree that all rights in and to theUnbusy Co Ltd Trademarks are our exclusive property, and any goodwill generated by your use of any Unbusy Co Ltd Trademarks will inure to our exclusive benefit. You will not take any action that is in conflict with our rights in or ownership of any our Trademarks.

Additional Services & Access

We currently offer the following:

  • Unbusy App Membership: Annual paid membership which provides access to digital content, including masterclasses, audio courses, guided meditations, and community discussions.

  • Private 1:1 Coaching: Available as 3, 6, or 12-month packages, includes virtual calls and optional WhatsApp support (limited to two 2-minute voice messages per day; weekday replies within 24 hours, weekends within 48 hours).

  • Dreams to REALITY Audio Course, The Self Acceptance Bundle, An Unbusy Year Masterclass: Self-paced paid courses with access through the app and optional community support.

  • The Decluttering Challenge: A free guided challenge with community support and digital resources.

  • In-person workshops in the UK: in-person stress release workshops in Oxfordshire.

These services may be subject to separate terms and are subject to change.

Payments & Cancellations

  • App memberships are billed annually and are non-refundable once access begins.

  • Coaching packages require upfront payment or agreed-upon instalments. Missed sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • We reserve the right to revoke access for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

Community Conduct

Users participating in app-based discussions, group challenges, or courses agree to maintain a respectful, non-judgmental environment.

You agree not to:

  • Post or share content that is abusive, offensive, or discriminatory

  • Promote unrelated services or products

  • Share content from other members without their explicit consent

We reserve the right to remove or block access to community areas at our discretion.

Unbusy Living offers tools, guidance, and support for personal development. None of our services or content constitute medical, psychological, or financial advice. By participating in any part of our Service, you acknowledge full responsibility for your own decisions and actions.

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws. This includes information collected via the website, app, email, and messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp for coaching clients).

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will aim to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
